What ages is TaleTiles designed for?

TaleTiles is designed for children ages 3–10, with stories and themes that can grow with them.

Is TaleTiles screen-free?

Children experience TaleTiles through tactile play and audio-first storytelling. Parents use the companion app to scan and manage the experience.

What comes in the starter kit?

The starter kit includes the TaleTiles speaker, the Hearth grid, 18–24 wooden story tiles across starter themes, and access to the companion app.

Will there be more tile packs?

Yes. We plan to expand TaleTiles over time with additional themed tile packs.

When will TaleTiles be available?

We're currently in beta with select families. Apply now to be considered for early access.

How does the companion app work?

Parents use the app to scan tiles, customize story settings, save favorites, and manage the TaleTiles experience. Children interact with the physical tiles and listen to the speaker.

Do parents need to use the app every time?

What materials are the tiles made from?

TaleTiles are crafted from premium wood with laser-inked images designed to last.

Will the beta include the dedicated speaker?

Not in the initial beta. Our first beta is focused on validating the core TaleTiles experience with the Hearth, tiles, and companion app. Dedicated audio hardware is planned for a later phase.
