TaleTiles combines tactile wooden tiles, a beautiful Hearth grid, and a Wi-Fi connected speaker to create an audio-first storytelling experience for children ages 3–10.

Beta note

In the initial beta, families will use the TaleTiles app for playback. Dedicated audio hardware is in development for a later phase.

Why the physical pieces matter

TaleTiles begins with real objects and real choices. By arranging tiles with their hands, children help shape the story before it begins, making the experience feel more participatory, creative, and memorable.

What's included

The TaleTiles Starter Kit includes a high-quality 3x3 Hearth grid, 18–24 wooden story tiles across 3–4 starter themes, and access to the TaleTiles companion app. Future themed tile packs will expand the storytelling experience over time.
